What we sell
Studio Layers sells downloadable digital products including Excel-based renovation budget calculators, BOQ templates, project management templates, contractor checklists, and related interior design and renovation productivity tools. All products are delivered electronically. There are no physical goods or shipping.
Licence to use
Each digital product is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the named buyer for their own home renovation or interior project. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, repackage, or publicly share the files in any form.
Accuracy
Our templates reflect rates and practices observed in our own architecture practice as of the publication date. Construction costs vary and change over time. Always validate with at least two on-ground vendors before signing any contract. Studio Layers and Studiolayers are not liable for cost overruns, contractor disputes, or project outcomes arising from reliance on our tools.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay in INR. By completing a purchase you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, templates, and downloadable files — is the property of Studiolayers. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studiolayers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
