Studio Layers is owned and operated by Studiolayers, a partnership firm registered in India. This page tells you what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. If you have any question, write to hello@studiolayers.in.

What we collect

Lead form: full name, email, mobile number, city.
Checkout: name, email, mobile number, city, billing address. Payment data is handled by Razorpay; we never store card numbers or UPI handles.
Server logs: standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To deliver the product, checklist, or receipt you asked for.
To send transactional emails (download links, order receipts) and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe in one click from any marketing email.
To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share the minimum required with Razorpay (payment processor) and our email service provider, both bound by their own privacy commitments.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. We respond within 7 working days.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (session, CSRF, Razorpay checkout). No third-party advertising cookies.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
